LOVED ONES SEEK CLOSURE IN DEATH OF ARNOLD JOSEPH

Loved ones are not giving up in their quest for answers in the shooting death of 17-year-old Arnold Joseph. The secondary school student was felled by the bullets from the guns of police officers after a pursuit through the streets of Castries in may 2019. Despite assurances of progress in the investigation, his death is still shrouded in mystery nearly one and half years later.
