Throne Speech 2016

Governor General her Excellency Dame Pearlette Louisy officially opened the 6th session of the 10th parliament on Tuesday, with the traditional throne speech.
It was an opportunity for Saint Lucia to learn about government’s legislative agenda for the fiscal year.
It addressed a range of topics from the criminal justice system to climate change and education to elections.
