THE DECADE OLD BEACH ACCESS TALKING POINT

Proponents of the Saint Lucia national trust are pushing back at the notion of double standards. Some have accused the trust of duplicity with its call for public access to all beaches, given that patrons have to pay to visit the beach at the pigeon island national landmark.
