Cuthbert Didier is also calling for updated research on the national minimum wage average, to spur informed debate among the public and private sectors on the introduction of the cost of living allowance.
Didier argues that a fixed minimum wage might drive away risk-averse investors who should be rewarded for helping low wage employees.
