SPECIAL RESERVE POLICE OFFICERS CELEBRATE 60 YEARS OF SERVICE

A Special Reserve Police Officer is an auxiliary arm of the force.
This month; special reserves of the Royal Saint Lucia Police Force inaugurated on September 5th, 1956, commemorate over 6 decades of service.
A short service has been planned for November 2nd at the Cathedral Basilica of the Immaculate Conception.
There the reserves will be recognized for reaching a milestone on the job.
The officers are called upon by the Police Commissioner to provide assistance wherever needed.
This involves foot patrol.
