SLNT CLEANS HISTORICAL SITE CHOSEN FOR MUSEUM

The Saint Lucia National Trust is collaborating with the Saint Lucia Electricity Services Limited in cleaning up the married women quarters in Vigie, the site earmarked for a national museum.
The quarters were occupied by military wives of British servicemen in the 18th and 19th century when commercial ports and military bases dotted the landscape during the time of colonial rule.
