SLMDA PRESIDENT EXPLAINS SOCIAL DISTANCING

President of the medical and dental association dr. Merle Clarke is defending recommendations of a two week suspension of in-person medical care at the doctor’s office to ward-off covid-19. the association intends to reduce the number of people in the waiting room at the doctor’s office to lessen the risk to both patients and medical professionals. it’s part of a concerted effort to slow the rate of community transmission.
