Sir Ronald Knocks CARICOM

Antiguan diplomat Sir Ronald Sanders is calling on members of the Caribbean community (CARICOM) to strive for greater integration, or face prolonged stagnation.

Sir Ronald, Antigua’s ambassador to the Organization of American States (OAS), was the guest speaker at the Saint Lucia hotel and tourism association’s annual general meeting on May 19^th.

The veteran diplomat says given the deficiencies of the CARICOM integration process, it is no surprise that some countries, like Jamaica are stepping out on their own to pursue initiatives.
