SALCC HOSPITALITY STUDENTS GET REAL WORLD EXPERIENCE

Hospitality students at the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College are getting real world experience. The department is overseeing a student-run fine dining operation, where the students prepare meals and serve customers. The administrators say it’s a chance for the students to get hands on training various restaurant roles from serving and preparation to hygiene and management.
