Saint Lucia Misses Another Trade winds Exercise

Saint Lucia’s security forces have again been omitted from exercise trade winds 2016.

The public affairs section in the United States embassy to Barbados and the OECS lists 13 CARICOM member states to participate in phased training exercises commencing on June 5^th.
