ROTARY CLUB MOURNS DR KEITH SCOTLAND

The rotary club is paying homage to well-known veterinarian dr. Keith Scotland. The man at the helm of rotary says the sudden death of the medical practitioner is a heart-breaking loss for the organization. President Leathan Khan says dr. Scotland’s passing has left a huge void in the club.
