Red Cross Zika Reduction Project

The minister responsible for tourism Dominic Fedee says the previous Saint Lucia Jazz Festival failed to promote Saint Lucia and therefore had to be revamped.
Fedee argues that while audiences were treated to mainstream acts, the tourism sector suffered.
He also contends that hotels were no longer benefiting from jazz and that international public relations agencies had become indifferent.
