PWA PRESIDENT REPORTS PROGRESS AT SOUFRIERE STATION

The Police Welfare Association is gearing up to head to the bargaining table.

This comes just about two weeks after the Civil Service Association called on the government to activate its negotiating team. The president of the Police Welfare Association says progress is being made on resolving the occupational health and safety issues at police stations across Saint Lucia.

The out-posts have been plagued with adverse working conditions for a number of years.
