PWA PRESIDENT ACCUSES TRUST OF STALLING WORK ON HQ

Police welfare president Travis Chicot says the St. Lucia national trust is standing in the way of the men and women in law enforcement receiving a much-needed police headquarters. The building earmarked to be used as headquarters is the site of an old prison ground, that is being protected with an iron clad will by the national trust.
