PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATIONS AMENDMENT STIRS CONTROVERSY

There is reportedly unease among tradesmen over recent amendments to the public health regulations. The changes will have implications for those who ply their trade in photography, printing, jewellery-making and charcoal making. The regulations now require licenses for what’s referred to as the offensive and hazardous trade. Cabinet is said to be reviewing the move which has sparked outrage and trepidation in the trades.
