POLICE OFFICERS GET HUMAN RIGHTS TRAINING

The Royal St. Lucia Police Force is receiving training in human rights in attempt to lift the Leahy law. In February, the force invited a professor from the Howard University College of Medicine to provide expertise on the matter.
