POLICE OFFICERS ASSAULTED BY UNRULY CITIZENS

Law enforcement officers had their hands full in the capital city on Wednesday. Police were called to quell a number of skirmishes through out Castries, among citizens who should have been at home observing social distancing guidelines, amid a dangerous global pandemic. Some individuals not only resisted arrest, but physically assaulted the police.
