PM TO MEET PRESIDENT TRUMP

Prime Minister Allen Chastanet is one of 5 Caribbean leaders who will meet with US President Donald Trump this weekend. The office of the Prime Minister says Saint Lucia’s leader is welcoming the opportunity for dialogue on deepening the relationship between the Caribbean and the United States. The meeting comes amid escalating tensions in Venezuela and a US promise to counter China’s economic practices in the region.
