PM talks 2015 Budget preparations

Prime Minister and Minister for Finance Dr. Kenny Anthony says Saint Lucia’s economy is beginning to point upwards.
The prime minister has started his round of meetings with public and private sector representatives ahead of the 2015/2016 budget.
He says there is good news, particularly in tourism and manufacturing.
