Prime Minister Allen Chastanet is back in Saint Lucia, after attending the annual meetings of the international monetary fund (IMF) and the World Bank.
The finance minister says the Washington meetings were successful and took a hard look at issues such as the loss of correspondent banking and the repercussions of IMF policies in the region.
