St. Lucian born writer Leanne Anderson has published a book about domestic violence in an attempt to bring the problem to the forefront and change the cultural mindset.

The novel explores the aspects of a new relationship and delves into the dark side of love gone wrong.

Although a fictitious account, the author says she wanted to highlight the baleful existence of a troubled and abusive partnership.
