OPPOSITION’S ‘NO CONFIDENCE’ MOTION STILL IN PLAY

Opposition leader Philip J Pierre on January 23rd announced that house speaker Andy Daniel has green lit the anticipated debate on a ‘no confidence’ motion against Prime Minister Allen Chastanet. Pierre has accused the United Workers Party government of attempting to distract public interest with more frequent announcements on proposed investments. The confidence motion debate is set for January 29th.
