October 28th 2015 St. Lucia Hosts Climate Change Ministers

Saint Lucia is hosting CARICOM climate change negotiators, in what is the last major gathering of regional experts before the December climate talks in Paris.
The meeting of climate change negotiators was held on Wednesday and precedes a meeting CARICOM ministers responsible for sustainable development.
