October 15th 2015 TOCO Spay And Neuter Campaign

The animal wing of the TOCO foundation has moved north with the spay and neuter campaign. The campaign was initially launched in Soufriere where locals were encouraged to bring in pets and animals in the community to have them spayed and neutered in an effort to reduce the number of animals found on the streets.
