October 13th 2015 Preparing For Cop 21

CARICOM is stepping up its preparations for the United Nations conference of the parties, known as cop 21, in December.
Saint Lucia is one of the countries which has hosted a number of preparatory meetings of negotiators and experts and the country’s sustainable development minister says there will be a final major meeting here at the end of October.
Climate experts say small states have the most to lose at these talks and Dr. James Fletcher says the November meeting will finalize the strategy going into cop 21.
