NWU secures 10% wage increase for VOICE Publishing staff

[Press release] All print media workers employed with The VOICE Publishing Company Limited will have a general wage increase of ten percent (10%) added to their current salaries.

The spread will be four percent (4%) in Year One and three percent (3%) in Years Two and Three (4%/3%/3%). Workers will also receive retroactive payments from January 2018.

This new industrial package was signed at the Department of Labour on Thursday May 24, 2018 by representatives of The VOICE Publishing Company Limited and officials from the National Workers Union (NWU).

The contractual accord also provides crucial upward revisions in the regime of fringe benefits.
