NON ESSENTIAL BUSINESSES DEFY LAW

The St. Lucia chamber of commerce believes that now is the time more than ever for corporate St Lucia to demonstrate its leadership and adhere to the laws regarding essential services. Some establishments are apparently skirting the rules and the chamber warns that such actions could be disasterous. The penalty for breaking the state of emergency carries a hefty fine and six months imprisonment.
