NO FIRE WORKS DISPLAYS FOR NEWS YEAR’S CELEBRATIONS

There will be no ringing-in the new year with the traditional fire works shows illuminating the night sky, as saint lucia looks toward 2021. The covid-19 pandemic has put a damper on another time-honoured tradition. As part of an effort to discourage mass gatherings to curb the spread of the virus, authorities on the advice of the command centre have suspended fire works displays.
