The National Initiative to Create Employment Farm Labour Support program, is achieving success in its goal of stimulating the agricultural sector.
Owners of under-developed farms in the south of St. Lucia say they are reaping the rewards of the program, which has provided them with trained farm hands to assist in areas such as cultivation.
