NHC Chairman Denies SLP DCA Allegations

Chairman of the national housing corporation (NHC) Timothy Mangal responded to opposition senator Joachim Henry’s statement that the Forestierre housing development project did not get DCA approval; claiming that is a lie.

Mangal also presented documents; dated February 24th, 2016 which allegedly shows when DCA approved the project.
