The Caribbean development bank has issued its latest update for 2019 on the performance of its member states’ economies.
With the exception of Barbados, the CDB forecast all of its member states economies to grow.
In the case of St. Lucia the initial forecast growth is being lowered.
The CDB says an expected slowdown in the global economy and delays in construction projects in
St. Lucia, will result in a lower than previously expected growth.
