New Mayor Castries Takes Oath Of Office

The newly appointed mayor of Castries is vowing to improve the image of the Castries Constituencies Council (CCC).
He is highlighting plans to address a number of issues plaguing St. Lucia’s capital.
Peterson Francis was sworn in as the head of the CCC on Monday.
Seven other counsellors also took the oath of office.
