MOTHER LOOKS FOR JUSTICE FIVE YEARS AFTER SON’S HOMICIDE

The mother of a young man who was slain some 5 years ago says she is disappointed with the handling of the case and the failure to bring her son’s killer to justice. Oswall Downes was a murder victim in the community of vieux fort. His mother Lorna Sealys spoke to HTS southern correspondent Desmond Collymore. She says the failure to bring her son’s killer to justice is very painful.
