MINISTER CASIMIR CONFIRMS AUGUSTE HOME RECOVERING AFTER EMERGENCY

Sports Minister Kenson Casimir has confirmed that Saint Lucian cricketer Ackeem Auguste is recovering at home following emergency surgery at Tapion Hospital, after the 22-year-old was ruled out of the remainder of the Caribbean Premier League season. Auguste, 22, suffered a medical emergency that required surgical intervention at Tapion Hospital, his second health scare in less than a year after emergency surgery in Abu Dhabi in December 2025. He was released from hospital on August 25.
