March 30th 2016 Neighborhood Watch Unveils Crime Handbook

Meanwhile, the residents of the Castries communities of Entrepot and independence city are playing their part in the fight against crime with the launch of a neighborhood watch hand-book.
The guide, which now provides residents with useful crime prevention tips, is the brain-child of the Garden Grove community improvement group and the royal Saint Lucia police force.
