Sections of the local community are advocating for legal redress for the unauthorized publishing of private sex footage and nude photos.
That’s after the police leaking of a video of a suspect and his partner having sex, resulted in the state having to pay the couple a total of 500 thousand dollars in damages in St. Kitts.
The judge who meted out the punishment is former attorney general of Saint Lucia Lorraine Williams.
