March 11th 2016 PM Condemns Serial Rapists

Prime minister Dr. Kenny Anthony tackled serious social issues gripping St. Lucia when he spoke at the Saint Lucia Labour party’s international women’s day rally in Gros Islet on Thursday night.
The SLP leader took time out to address the issue of rape, saying it’s time to track down and bring to justice serial rapists in St. Lucia.
