Libyan Embassy Donates To Blind Welfare Association

The Libyan embassy in Saint Lucia has stepped in to avoid the closure of the Saint Lucia Blind Welfare Association (SLBWA).
After receiving word of the association’s dire financial straits, the Libyan embassy made a donation to the SLBWA and has promised continued assistance.
