January 26th 2016 PM New Year’s Address IMPACS, Juffali And CIP

Dr. Kenny D Anthony delivered his much anticipated New Year’s address on Monday night. Entitled ‘the search for a collective determination,’ it included information on the state of the economy, employment figures, energy and security.
It also dealt with some of the most talked about issues of the day, including the citizenship by investment programme and IMPACS.
