This has nothing to do with the Dolphin park but I wasn’t sure what other avenue should be used.
The recent explosion that claimed the life of three persons and has several others nursing wounds was allegedly a result of a dynamite and fertilizer blast. There are guidelines in place for handling dynamite. As far as I know, dynamite remains in the possession of the police until such time that a quarry has a scheduled blast. If this is the case, and the dynamite was kept on site. Why was this so? Are criminal charges going to be leveled at the company? While compensation will not bring back family members, are lawsuits looming?
