Higher Education Licencing Bill

The Off-Shore Higher Education Licensing and Incentives bill was one of seven bills down for discussion at a sitting of the house of assembly on Tuesday.
Although the bill is several years in the making, it follows the Lambirds Academy affair – a case that is heading to the courts, with charges that include human trafficking and money laundering, and centers around a phony off-shore educational institution.
