Government outlines Drought Management plan

St. Lucia’s minister with responsibility for water and the environment is urging the public to conserve water, as part of mitigating measures for weathering this year’s drought.
In a televised address to the nation on Wednesday night, Dr. James Fletcher announced an island-wide water related emergency from May 20th to July 31st, 2015.
