Gang warfare accused arraigned

Law enforcement officials say they remain committed to quelling a flare up in gang activity in the southern town of Soufriere. A feud between two gangs has recently been reignited, causing anxiety and fear among residents. While police made a number of arrests as part of the crackdown, family and friends from both sides are pointing fingers and apportioning blame for the spike in crime.
