FORMER MINISTER HAS QUESTIONS ON FISHERIES DEPT CLOSURE

Parliamentary representative for Vieux-Fort North Moses Jn. Baptiste is accusing the St. Lucian government of being insensitive to the plight of fishers affected by the closure of the St. Lucia Fish Marketing Corporation. The SLP shadow minister for fisheries and agriculture says reform of the management and structure of the St. Lucia Fish Marketing Corporation and Marketing Board was underway when the UWP took up office in 2016.
