FISHERMEN’S FEAST 2020

Fisher folk gathered in prayer to commemorate the annual fishermen’s feast against the backdrop of the novel Coronavirus pandemic. Covid-19 has greatly impacted the livelihood of fishers. The outgoing president for the Castries fishermen’s co-operative says the crisis has only compounded the many of issues plaguing the fisheries sector.
