Fire Torched National Cricket Association Offices

The Fire Service responded to an emergency at the Mindoo Phillip Park in Marchand, Castries between 6:30 am and 7:15 am July 27th.

The fire service arrived to find the offices of the Saint Lucia National Cricket Association [SLNCA] completely engulfed in flames.

Years of valuable cricket records, sports equipment and office supplies stored in SLNCA offices were all lost in the fire.

First responded would eventually douse the blaze and prevented further damage to neighboring buildings at the Mindoo Phillip Park.

No injuries were reported during the early morning fire. Authorities are working to determine the cause of the fire.
