Local authorities in Vieux Fort are taking a collaborative approach to solving a perennial problem in the south of st. Lucia -streets crammed with roadside vendors.
This week, the police force and town council met vendors who operate in the central business district in that locality to find a long term solution that secures the merchants livelihoods.
