February 29th 2016 OECS Juvenile Justice Project Close Out

OECS justice officials are recognizing a project, which they say, has transformed juvenile justice in the sub-region.
The official close out ceremony for the OECS juvenile justice reform project was held on Monday February 29th.
Funded by the United States agency for international development (USAID), the project tackled delinquency, recidivism and rehabilitation among juveniles.
