The investigation into the Ferrand Quarry explosion has led to questions about the legal framework that guides the use of explosives and other matters governing incendiary devices.
Former bar association president Andy George spoke about the explosives act on the March 24th edition of radio 100’s “let’s talk law”.
He says while it is a good time to explore the apparently little known piece of legislation, he is warning against a rush to judgment in this case.
