ECCB LAUNCHES OFFICE OF FINANCIAL CONDUCT TO PROTECT BANK CUSTOMERS

The Eastern Caribbean Central Bank has established an office of financial conduct to strengthen customer protection across the currency union.

The office will begin accepting complaints from October 15, 2026, once customers have first attempted to resolve issues directly with their financial institution.
